Everyone has become accustomed to eating milk porridge in the morning, we have been taught this from childhood. But very few people know that animal milk does not combine well with cereals. Milk is best used separately and mixed with nothing. It is even better to replace it with vegetable milk, for example sesame, which is the record holder for calcium content. And today you will learn how to cook a delicious and nutritious vegan breakfast .

  1. There are a lot of options for tasty and healthy breakfast without animal products. If you are used to breakfast porridge, then simply replace cow's milk with vegetable oil, and butter with unrefined vegetable oil. Krupu boil in water without salt. And before serving, add vegetable milk, unrefined vegetable oil, natural sweetener, you can banana, cinnamon, natural vanilla and enjoy a delicious vegan breakfast.
  2. Omelet from tofu. Take the medium bulb, finely cut and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Then add the finely chopped 500 gr. tofu, a large tomato, greens (parsley, dill, coriander), and fry for 5 minutes, adding soy sauce and spices (try different, for example hops-suneli, universal, curry). The vegan omelette is ready.
  3. Sandwiches from tofu with vegetables. It is desirable to use unleavened bread from whole-grain flour. Cut bread, put a piece of tomato, cucumber, tofu and greens on top. If you want a creamy taste, try lean mayonnaise or soft tofu.
  4. Live porridge. Such cereals are made from sprouts of buckwheat, rice, wheat, flax, etc. How to cook: take a cup of sprouts and mix in a blender with a banana. The porridge is ready. You can add ginger, cinnamon, cocoa, kerob or natural vanilla for flavor.
  5. Any fruits. In the morning our body is cleansed, and fruits are easily digested (for 20 minutes), give energy and at the expense of cellulose help purification. Plus do not waste time cooking.
  6. Fruit salad. Finely cut a few fruits and make a dressing from a banana, knocking it in a blender or crushing with a fork in mashed potatoes. You can sprinkle with cinnamon or natural vanilla.
  7. Green cocktail. You will need any leafy greens and fruit, for example a banana or an apple. For piquancy, you can add a little ginger. Everything is shaken with a blender until smooth and a healthy breakfast is ready. If you do not gorge, do more volume. Bananas for satiety will work best.
  8. If you like to drink coffee in the mornings, then vegan pastries will suit you. You can buy in the store, having read carefully the composition or cook yourself. There are plenty of options.

I usually prepare for breakfast a smoothie of spinach and apples, plus a little ginger for piquancy. Sometimes I make smoothies from sprouts of buckwheat and one apple. If you do not have time to cook or make no noise (while everyone is asleep), then just eat fruit.

It is best to start the morning with water, usually I drink 0.5 liters of pure still water and after 10 minutes you can have breakfast.
