A simple raw snack

Today I will tell you the recipe for a very simple raw snack, which was invented on the go.

We will need:

  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Cilantro leaves
  • Green onions
  • Unrefined oil (can be without it)

We cut the tomato with rings, from above we put pieces of avocado. Next, finely chopped green onions and on top finely chopped cilantro. And in the end, add a drop of oil to taste. I added olive, but any unrefined one would do. Done!



You need to eat carefully, because they easily break up. To keep the design, you need to grind the ingredients in a blender with a blender and put it on a tomato.
