How to replace animal protein

The most exciting question for anyone who wants to become a vegetarian or vegan is how to replace animal protein . I want to make everyone happy, there is nothing irreplaceable in animal proteins, otherwise, in plant food, everything that a person needs. I can judge this from my 6-year veterinary experience, wife and son, who is now 1 year and 8 months old.

All horror stories are imposed by society, because no one wants to think or fear. With the same success it was possible to make buckwheat an indispensable product, to attack with advertising from all sides and to say on every corner that without buckwheat you do not grow. But this place took meat and animal products. Everybody is so used to animal products that they do not even think about the harm and expediency of replacing animal proteins.

And now I will enumerate what is easy to replace animal protein.

Vegetable products with a high protein content will be divided into the following categories: nuts, seeds, legumes and cereals.

  1. Nuts. Any nuts that you like and on-pocket: walnuts, almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, cedar. Peanut refers to legumes, but it is considered to be a nut. By the way, it is the cheapest and contains 100 gr. almost 30gr. squirrel.
  2. Seeds. The most common: sunflower, pumpkin, sesame. Seeds for convenience are better to grind in a blender and make a paste from them.
  3. Legumes: soybeans, beans, lentils, mung beans, peas, chickpeas. The champion in protein content is soy, but every day I consume soy, especially for men, it does not lower testosterone and 98% of GMO soy with harmful fertilizers. Legumes, in combination with cereals, completely satisfy the need for amino acids. Beans before cooking are better soaked, so harmful substances will leave, you will have less to cook and the structure will be soft.
  4. Cereals: buckwheat, rice, millet, oats, corn, barley. I will repeat that in combination with beans give a full-fledged protein. The best groats, in my opinion, is buckwheat, tk. it is not fertilized with chemistry, it does not contain gluten and has a complete amino acid profile. But this applies to green buckwheat . Classical buckwheat in the enterprises is subjected to heat treatment, because of what it has a brown color.

From all of the above, you can prepare thousands of different dishes from cutlets to pilaf, so the question of how to replace animal protein immediately disappears.

Pay attention to the Orthodox fast, at this time in the cafe and shops there are many vegetarian dishes and products. In general, all dishes containing animal protein are easily replaced.
